The Holistic Approach

The holistic approach is a form of healing that takes into account the whole person as an individual, not only physically, but also emotionally, psychologically and spiritually.

In order to achieve optimal health and wellness there has to be a proper balance of all systems within the body. If one experiences “symptoms,” then it is evident that there is an imbalance, as well as dysfunction within the body.

Underlying causes of health issues and imbalances can include bacteria, viral, parasites, and protozoa, etc. Another cause of health issues could be poor diet, which could include too many carbs, excess sugars, not enough protein, and more. A poor diet could result in nutrient deficiency. A proper balance of vitamins, minerals, and protein would be optimal.
